Lions clubs and Special Olympics. He is a member of the advisory board for Duke University Laser Eye Center in Winston-Salem. He is married to Dr. Bonnie Aiken Grigsby and lives in Davie County.
is a native of Raleigh, NC, but grew up in Statesville, NC. He attended college at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA and received both his B.S. and O.D. (Doctorate of Optometry) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Boan resides in Statesville with his wife, Kris, and their four children. Dr. Boan has been practicing optometry since 1994. His most favorite things about optometry are the opportunity to help people see to their maximum potential and the chance to get to know his patients as new friends.
is a native of Charlotte, NC. He received his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University in 1993. He attended optometry school at the University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Optometry and received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1997. He is married to Dr. Mandy Sie and has two children. Dr. Sie resides in south Charlotte.
was raised in Kannapolis and graduated from South Rowan High School in China Grove. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from North Carolina State University in Raleigh. She then received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Dr. Weeks started and maintained a successful private practice in Bessemer, Alabama. After feeling a strong urge to return home, she sold the practice and moved back to North Carolina. Dr. Weeks is married to Louis Weeks, Jr. and they have a daughter, Tamira Elizabeth Grace. Doctor Weeks is currently accepting patients in our Statesville and Hickory locations.
is originally from Columbus, Ohio. She split her undergraduate studies at Boston College and The Ohio State University. Dr. Scullion earned her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2009 from the OSU college of Optometry. She served as president of OSU's Student Volunteers for Optometric Services to Humanity, an organization established to serve third world countries with much needed vision care. Dr. Scullion and her husband, Daniel, have recently moved to Salisbury. They enjoy playing soccer, cheering for the Tar Heels and, of course, the Buckeyes!
